Im so glad I left Embarq, now called Centurylink and it was awful, i never knew DSL was that unreliable.. i made a video showing how laggy it was.. this happened like 60% or more in just under a week.. hitting HD on youtube was a dreadful gamble! I now have cable internet and it blows this Dsl embarq crap out of the water.. if i only knew this a long time ago.. i had no idea cable was a whole different story.. I now have windjammer cable and it is consistent 90% of the time which is fine by me.

Can you say....exaggeration? Cause that is what you are clearly doing. It doesnt take 50 days. At the most its 2 days to get a tech out to you. If you are so unhappy, why not go somewhere else. Lemme guess..."there are no other options". Isnt that a pisser? And someone else says the support "sucks ass". Thats more than likely because of customers like legoman complaining about the issue but never makes the decision to call in.
