To ACDCSchlund! Elvis was not from Germany although he was stationed there in the U.S. Army! Elvis did have some German Blood in him I have heard, but mostly American Indian Blood!

True that Berry and Richard were great influences but very so was Elvis on Lennon. Elvis stole nobody's music and in fact opened the door for many black artists. But Elvis himself never claimed to be the founder of rock 'n roll and said that other artists were doing what he did before him.
