A stunning record of one of the greatest survival stories. Am looking forward to Shackleton's Boat Journey being relaeased March 2012.

Wow, it is all there and more. Thank you sooooo much. I actually was on Elephant island and the ruin of the depot that Ernest was looking for and missed. I even touched the Cairns, when it was in NYC. Once again,blatttman....

yes they died. when they went taking their chance on the ice after the endurance was destroyed, they finally shot and even ate them because they had no food and were just about to enter the boats, where the dogs anyway wouldn't had survived.
