performers isn't a big deal? I wish they'd close more and let there really good locations flourish and there are several hundreds or even thousand plus that are great to their nearly 2,000 locations I believe. sears problem is eddie lampert. a contolling tight wad and penny pinching miser.he takes money out of the company and reinvests only grudgingly and fractionally. he knows nothing of retail,has no retail experienced experts on his management team to advise him, because he is sure he knows more then they do.which means he also has a big ego.their all bean counters who know nothing of retail or care to.their workforce is young college age people who are only there for a check, theirs no incentives.
