It's life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (which was originally property). Basically, it means that the people of this country, as well as others in their countries, are granted the right to live their life as they see fit WITHOUT government intrusions. However, that's where we've been driven to now.

Health care thus isn't a right because with or without it, we have the right to choose it or not. To have it is a privilege, and to have it affordable is a right.
