  • Why do people always assume that it's either a plate of lettuce or a cheeseburger? You can still be healthy and eat more than just vegetables.

  • What I love to do, especially if I have like put on some weight like during the holidays, is have like a pair of goal shorts or something. Like something to fit myself into. That always keeps me motivated

  • @TheKirschWasser Try green tea with different flavours :) I LOVE green tea and lemon. Tastes like lemons and nothing like green tea. Also you might be leaving the bag in too long? more than 20 seconds = horrible bitter taste :)

  • @TheKirschWasser If you think Green tea tastes good, it's your opinion. If you think it tastes bad, it's your opinion. There is no food that everybody thinks tastes good.

    Personally, I LOVE Green tea and drink 2-3 cups daily. It is very healthy, so it's a good to drink.
