when you do, you will not regret it. greatest atmosphere in the world. im gonna be there on sunday in turn 3 like i usually am. my 8th 500 and i'm so excited

Yea everytime i went to a Indy race live you were REQUIRED to wear ear plugs. I pity anyone that didnt because even for 1 lap if you didnt have them in your ear drums felt like they were going to explode. The new mufflers on the cars sound pretty badass though especially at low rpm.

Ya that's probably what will end up happening and I do agree that it was nice to not have to wear ear plugs while 1 car was out there

Hey man, glad you could make it this year...u think u could get some video from the outside of one of the turns?

I could tell the difference at ROP. after a few days of being out there it gets better and you dont notice it as much, but its nice to not have to wear earplugs for practice and quals, but the race will be a different story.

I just use a JVC handheld. Its the same thing that I use to shoot my short track videos. I'll have more Pole Day videos coming tonight. I taped every run that was made on Saturday.
