McHugh (R-NY) asks during a 3/25 hearing if the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, Major General Arnold Fields (USMC), or the Government Accountability Office (GAO), represented by Ms. Jacquelyn L. Williams-Bridgers, were consulted on the Presidents new strategy for the war in Afghanistan. Their answers might surprise you.
