@TameraSeevers That's why I work on tiny eggs lol! I just want to spit it out as fast as I design on it. But I do plan one day doing an ostrich egg if I ever have time.

@Sherlola I am an artist of all trades and pick-up eggshell sculpting about two years ago... You want to start with goose eggs because there not as hard as ostrich which are like glass to work on and can take months to finish one egg, whereas a goose egg is much easier to cut and you can finish a design in a week or less.
Print a small line art size of egg your using and put glue stick on back of paper and stick it on egg. Emmer's Glue is water-salable. Wait 30 mins and start carving away. :-)

@PoppaTom1948 This is an ostrich egg with the ends cut off. The size is about 5 " across.

@TameraSeevers Your welcome :) How long a piece like this take you? I can't even imagine, my guess would be like few months depending how many hours daily you was able to spend on it. I like using smaller eggs given my time limit because of work.

@hukiworld This one took about a month, however I was under a time constraint because this was a commissioned piece. I worked long day to complete it in a month. Normally it would have taken closer to 2 and a half or 3 months to do.
