@fightluv I trained in many things, ITF (pre sine wave), Goju Ryu, Boxing, Judo. You know our little debate was not intended to offend. I just wanted to know if the sine was actually implemented in application. YOu answered my question. Good luck on your fourth dan test.
@fightluv Ok I take back my wish for you to do well on your 4th dan test. You practiced for years and you as well as practicioners of your art will lose to fighters of other styles. Have you ever practiced against other styles? Most likely not. All you can actually do is sling insults. Go test your test your skills. It is the fighter who makes styles, and you are not that fighter.
@fightluv Don't try to insult me. Tae Kwon Do's sine wave is a silly concept. It will not work against other arts. As far as sparring goes, in TKD there is no sine wave. You people just mindlessly obey General Choi. I don't want to disrespect the man. But he realized that his art was influenced by the Japanese, and he needed to do something to mitigate this fact, and the sine wave is born. Check out what happen to TKD ITF and WTf people they fight other arts. They lose.
@fightluv They must be just giving away those dan rankings. Everybody in the martial arts community looks down on Tae Kwon Do, ITF and WTF. ITF spends too much time doing forms, and that little tap sparring. WTF spends too much time doing that point sparring. Tae Kwon Do sucks, but it does not have to, if more time was spent applying the basics, it would be a good art. And stop that damn sine wave.
works for me! where n who would the people on video be?

@fightluv I have gotten to you, I made you admit the sine wave is not applied, therefore useless.
