wow, what a complete happy moment here listening to this album. i would love to purchase a copy of that album if anyone has one for sale. I would sing the songs with album pre-karaoke back then.
I have this record (thanks 2 the local GOODWILL back in 2005)! My favorites cuts are "WALKING THE DOG", "JOY TO THE WORLD","MOUSEKADANCE DISCO", and "SHOWTIME". Now if only DISNEY would release this version of the Club on DVD, like they did with the 50's and 90's version. i will be a happy camper then....
Recorded in late 1976, and released around the time the "new" series premiered in January 1977. There were alternate versions of the "Showtime" and "Discovery Day" themes [the ones that weren't used at the start of the episodes]- they were eventually featured as "production numbers" {i.e. "Discovery Day" at 7:23, which was also featured in a preview of the new show on "THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY" in November 1976}.
I miss this album! I wore it out!!!!!!

WOW! I was 6 when I got this record. My older sister and I listened to it every day after school. Just great, many memories.Thanks for posting.
