I think that the main thing this video shows is how nice the riverfront on both sides would look if the areas were cleaned up and maintained. Everyone needs to quit arguing over the bridge being closed for a year to do it this way and think how it would be for it to be closed for 2-3 years if it collapses before all are in agreement.
