  • Lifecycle of a band will depend on the use or miss use. I have bands over 8 years old and had no problems with them. If they are properly used you should get at least 3-5 years in a fitness center environment. Also check to see if the bands you purchase have a warranty. Good Luck with you training! Joe

  • The band will provide variable resistance. There are several factors that will influence the resistance - speed of movement, range of motion, angle of movement. and size of band. You can experiment with a band and find out how it works best for you. Bands are used in rehabbing individuals to training professional athletes. Good Luck!
