Staff is half pitball lol Get some education. A staff was bred to take bulls down many many years ago and has no connection other than being a dog to the pitball terrier. Its a terrier yep but its nothing to do with a pitball. Staffs are far less likely to attack also than the pitball which has far more fighting inbred into its brain and is very unlikely to lose that side of it as a result, whereas the staff has pretty much lost over years of domestication its vicious side.

Great dogs,I see so many similar habits in mine.I was considering a 3rd dog but some say adding a 3rd ruins the relationship between the original 2.How do your 3 get on?

mine get on fine if you was going to get another i waould get a puppie and also i would stay away from having 2 males together thay tend to fight i only have 1 male and the rest are bitches hope that helps

Another complete tosser who thinks pit bulls are vicious. I've owned a pit bull before and now i have 2 staffys so don't tell me i haven't owned one. Staffys aren't half pit bull, when they started breeding staffys they got the pit bull and bred it shorter and stockier and also used it for dog fighting not just bull baiting.

No, they are the same breed. however quite a few years ago bull baiting was outlawed and they were taken by the english and irish to america, then bred from and into separate types of the same breed, Amstaff, pitbull and staff bull are all from the same stock but from many many moons ago
