A tour of Battersea stations A & B and the construction history of this fine iconic building, which is now at the mercy of the elements since the boiler hall roof was removed a quarter century ago to make way for a proposed theme park that never left the drawing board. Since then, the building has been used for property speculation by several so-called 'developers' who have allowed the building to deteriorate to such an extent that presumably this grade II listed building will have to be demolished and this valuable piece of real-estate opposite upmarket Chelsea can be exploited without having to spend the tens of millions needed to restore it to its former glory.

Thank you for posting this. I have been very interested in learning more about Battersea and her beauty. From what I see, she has a lot of great history and is going to be recommissioned soon? If so, that's so great.:) I'd love to visit..

@gurpst i was head of security there in the 90s..get real everybody..its going to be all pulled down once it has been declared unsafe with the elements getting inside too it.shame on you park view international..
