Looks like an RCA modem. Prob low signal. How many splits before mod? Poor fittings or splitters. Bad drop. If all this is ok then you need line techs.

You know there is alot of jerks who complain about this or that instead of taken action in getting a tech out to fix & resolve the issue. Also ever wonder why it is dark in this video ? Maybe he was unplugging the power cord,waiting for all 4 lights to come on, then unplugging it again, all just so he could complain and cry like a losing whiner

Yea cause that makes sense. I though I record it in the dark so it could be better seen. Plus after getting home from work theres nothing to do AT night. You guys crack me up.

and to those of you who say to switch out the modem, that wasn't the first modem i switched out. comcast blamed the cookies on my computer for my bad connection.. only had 1 split coming from outside to the modem.[2 way splitter]

Since then I no have fios which has never dropped out. Yes I have HDTV and yes I have 15 down 2 up. Yes I pay 50$ less than comcast with 2 set top boxes and ALL the channels.
