Its only 1 dollar!..... This guy I first saw at Otakon 2010, and not too many people paid much mind to him... However at Otakon 2011 he returns and explodes into a Icon of Otakon who hangs outside giving people Ice Cold Water... For future Otakons Hes gonna need a hell of alot more water! lol.... @FanaticsRUs2011 Now all we need is people to go around cosplaying as him. Or better yet, just have an entire skit in the cosplay masquerade. Have one character go around trying to sell "Ice-Cold-Water" to a bunch of other characters and see how they react. =P
