Its only 1 dollar!..... This guy I first saw at Otakon 2010, and not too many people paid much mind to him... However at Otakon 2011 he returns and explodes into a Icon of Otakon who hangs outside giving people Ice Cold Water... For future Otakons Hes gonna need a hell of alot more water! lol....
