See, often in these soft skills trainings that companies make people attend- one hears nothing but platitudes. It is a massive waste of time and nothing thats said is different from what we all went through in Moral Science lectures in Standard V. But the message is important anyway- just that the delivery needs to be drastically different. Just go through this video- a popular theme like time-management becomes crisper and, even though it takes a while to grow, somewhat funny even. elearning has to be the way forward for all training programs- costs less, is more interesting, gets the message across and is available on demand and for flexible time-slots
