Marquise Hill Tribute

This video is a tribute to the New England Patriots Defensive End, Marquise Hill who recently passed away, He was a good man always thinking of other people before himself. He died on May 27, 2007 Saving someone very dear to him. He was always helping out in communities doing work with United Way in Louisana to help rebuild homes that were lost during hurricane Katrina. Marquise set the standard for what every Nfl Player should be. While he is gone...Marquise Certainly is never forgotten. R.I.P. Marquise Hill.

@enfernopower As far as I know he was out on a Jetski with a Friend, they capsized and he did his best to help out his friend, who was saved. But he drown as he didn't have a life jacket on.

This is my cousin. He was the closest thing I ever had. I cried all night when we found out he died. I had to skip school to go to his funeral. I'm crying now as I right this. I'll never forget, after a game at Tiger Stadium and I was only 9 and walking with my dad when I saw Marquise walking with one of his friends. I was nervous to to ask for an signature but I did so anyway. He turned promptly around, signed my ball and began talking and walking with my dad and I about the game, about us, etc. His friend said "you're going the wrong way!" and he looked back and said " I know but I'm going to walk with these fine gentlemen first." What a great human being. R.I.P

New England Patriots defensive end Marquise Hill, 24, spent much of his free time and his NFL PAYCHECK helping loved ones in New Orleans rebuild in the hurricane-damaged city where he grew up.The former LSU star died in a jet ski accident on Lake Pontchartrain on May 27.
