You do realize that YouTube makes sure that some videos stay banned from youtube, even though fair use and permission aren't the only ways to keep copyrighted material safe. There are several other methods of copyright protection which youtube ignores. Its almost as if they WANT your videos to be removed. Copy and paste this if you think youtube is committing a felony requires legal action.
