cone 4 blocks in base diameter. 300ft per block makes that 1200ft in diam. angle of repose ~45 Deg. so height is also 1200ft. volume of cone is then 4.52E8ft^3. a 6ftx.5ftx1ft person makes for 3ft^3. 4.52E8ft^3 / 3ft^3 = 151 million people. that's like half the population of the united states. grooovy. if the base were doubled in size it would make for an 8 times increase. so you'd then be looking at something like china. its hard to tell. it aint no city that's clear.
