  • A point he made on number 3. DO not eat before a workout becuase your body uses energy for digestion so you will struggle with your workout by feeling slugish

  • bodybuilding is high reps most people think eat big lift big to get big lol

  • reps are wrong, to build muscle growth 8 to 15 reps :) good luck, low reps are for strenghth
