The program you are about to see will test your repeated anaerobic power and strength under fatigue. This one hurts. Again this is a workout that was used in an off week and not a fundamental workout in the program. Rugby is a game that requires you to have repeated maximal efforts under aerobic and local muscular fatigue, just like this workout.
