Saint Tropez

Saint-Tropez (Sant Tropetz in Occitan) is a commune in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France.

It is located on the French Riviera. It is known today for its famous and extremely wealthy guests during summer. It has been dubbed as the 'playground to jetsetters, models and millionaires.' its history with the iconic Brigitte Bardot, and its role in the liberation of Southern France in World War II. The old St-Tropez with all the serious artists in the 30's 40's and maybe even 50's is what attracts me with St-Tropez. But when i was there this summer I hated it soo much. I'd rather go to a peacful little village in france no one has ever heard of. Those are way better.
