@testing123reviews Thanks a lot for the quick reply. Considering the pros and cons of the unit I may pass without the channel switching function, but I find it unaceptable not being able to "save" and use the units presets (with amp/cab turned off) among the main amp sound. For the price I believe it should be something availabe. It puts me off buying one off those. Was going to buy one of this things becaus i could use the amps on them. But the main use would be presets + my real amp.

Las question. May we use this unit as a midi foot controller to control VSt´s like Revalver, Amplitube and the likes?
Thanks a lot for any input on this issues.

@testing123reviews thank you so much for that:) ive actually tried that before but it still varies..i might just have to experiment more!thanks alot for your time:).great playing btw.:)
Nice review. Three questions though. 1st: Can we use the "real amp" bypass mode to play with our amp´s sound and had effects to it in the way of presets? If so, when playing with the amp/cab bypass mode we should play the real amp within a preset(?)or are we able to switch presets on and off (kind off stump box mode) to turm the presets on and off and had their effects to the amps natural channels? By the way, does this unit also changes amp channels on an amp with midi control I/Os?

@Tuscopa There is the FX only button on the POD, however there is a significant design fault. Yes you can use the effects on there own with your amp, but you cannot save FX presets on their own. Sadly you can only save FX presets with the amp models.
As for using it as a master controller to switch channels on your amps, that is only possible if you use a Line 6 DT50. Lastly using it on Revalver & Amplitube as a midi controller that might work, but I think Amplitube have a footswitch available.

Considering the lack off this habilitie, I´m going to seriously consider a midi controller plus a rack unit (with or whithout the amp modeling-have to see that). But they are expensive. i guess you really can´t get all the stuff you need if you go a bit more to the afordable side:).
Anyway, thanks again for the quick reply.

@Tuscopa No worries, glad to help. Check out RJM Music Technology for fantastic midi switching and rack units :)

helo, can someone please help me out?.i just bought this pedal..the problem is i dont have much experience with these pedals ive only owned a jcm900 and always used the distortion on there to be honest even when playing live..i know how to make patches n all that but when i play it through my amp on the clean channel, the sound levels change drastically for each preset.like clean presets are very soft and distorted channels are usually very loud.how do i fix this?.thank you.:)

@slashniss When you create the patches, adjust the channel volume. Then save and then it's sorted :)
