Have you ever met someone, who changed your world forever? I have. And it all started with just two words. Thank you. "Thank you" brought me a new friend. Though he had no home and no money but the mere twenty three cents I gave him, he had the spirit that I still remember to this very day. He had two goals in life, which he wrote on toilet paper.
When I asked him why, he told me it was what his mom wanted to do before she died. When I asked him how, he told me it was because of Huntington's disease. He had it too. That's when I asked him to marry me. Because I knew we wouldn't be seeing each other any time soon. And that's okay.
