To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Pan-American Highway, the world's longest highway at 16,000 miles), Driver Ranier Zietlow set out to tackle the infamous highway in a VW Touareg TDI. 12 days (and 14 countries) later, Ranier had driven from Argentina to Alaska, beating the old record by 3 days! His first stop after the record was to drive down to our Pacific Volkswagen dealership and present the highlights of his amazing accomplishment to both Press and Pacific VW customers. Congrats to Ranier and the unstoppable Touareg TDI
