My recent experience with surefire customer service was horable! You got lucky with their service. I sold my M961 and just purchased another light and am going to sell that too. Only had the new one for two weeks. I will NEVER buy surefire again!
I ordered a Fenix light and it has more functions and better quality reflector, intelligent circuirty and multiple modes.
I hate surefire customer service. I will be rocking a Fenix on my next security detail.
