Making split pea and zucchini curry.

Split pea 2 cups
Water Some
Olive oil 3 table spoons
Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
Cardamon 3
Cinnamon 1
Bay leaf 1
Onion 1 (chopped)
Garlic (crushed)
Zucchini (cut coarsely)
vegetable broth (240ml=8oz)
Cumim powder (2 tea spoons)
Coriander powder (1 table spoon)
Garam Masala (1 tea spoon)
Red Chili pepper (1/2 tea spoon)
Buckwheat flour (2 table spoons)
Salt (1~2 tea spoons)
Black Pepper powder (1/2 tea spoon)


スプリットピー 2カップくらい
水 適量
油(オリーブオイル) 大さじ3くらい
クミンシード 大さじ1
カルダモンホール 3粒
シナモン 1本
ローリエ 1枚
玉ねぎ 1個(雑なみじん切り)
にんにく 1個(つぶす)
ズッキーニ 1本(皮むいて乱切り)
ベジタブルブロス 240ml(水と出汁の素でもいいかも)
クミンパウダー 小さじ2
コリアンダーパウダー 大さじ1
ガラムマサラ 小さじ1
レッドチリペッパー 小さじ半分
そば粉 大さじ2くらい
塩 小さじ1か2くらい?
こしょう 小さじ半分くらい?
