This excerpt from a documentary about Planemos (planets floating freely in interstellar space) highlights the mechanism by which life could form on moons orbiting lonely gas giants. This is similar to my Dark Star theory proposal ('The Dark Star' by Andy Lloyd, 2005) which considers the same scenario - but this time with a multi-Jupiter mass object known as a sub-brown dwarf. My interest lies in whether one of these objects might be orbiting the Sun at a great distance, and facilitating life within its own planetary system. ( with thanks to Al)

Really fascinating... I always wondered if there were "rogue planets". The fact that they might have life just makes them that much more fascinating!
