@tryanglz The keeley mod is more for metal users to overdrive a distortion setting, also, the keeley has a tru bypass switch which cuts down tone loss much better than a normal stomp. But this is just a reissue TS9 he is using, the original TS9 you could use as a full blown distortion pedal or amazing overdrive pedal rather than the crappy overdrive only pedals they make now. That's why an original TS9 is usually around 300 to the reissue's 100. So basically reissue<Keeley<Original.

great video, though this doesn't really show fully, what the Keeley mod sounds like. As you have both pedals connected.which means you arent hearing the True bypass of the modded pedal because your guitar signal is going through the unmodded pedals "off" circuitry anyway. Would be cool if you could do another comparison with them set up individually, more work i know, but a lot of great tone happens from the true bypass part of the mod.
