4Talent An Evening Dicussion: Women in leading roles

The Women in Leading Roles Panel raised the debate, issues and positive value on being a female leader in a male-dominated environment. The issue of inequality at the top of corporate plc was raised, and the panel discussed what is and can be done to drive equality in the workplace forward.

During this event, guests heard from the panel about the lessons they had learnt in their careers, and during a Q&A the panel suggested improvements for all our businesses.
