Your a fool for calling Geek Squad useless. Simply because there is one man that misses a loose cord you blame the entire Business? There are 18,000 plus employed under Geek Squad, if your trying to make a claim, I say "Geek Squad Hires Stupid Man" suggests a more accurate opinion.

Aside from soldering components onto a motherboard(totally unnecessary unless you REALLY love that motherboard) or removing substrates from a bad hard drive to reclaim the info off of it, 90% of computer repairs and virus removal can be done by the owner with only a little training. DO NOT take your computer to Geek Squad! Learn for yourself and cut out the middle man. Your wallet will be happy you did.

I remember my psp screen got fucked up and i had warranty for it.( It was a black piano slim psp)) So i when to best buy to get a new one and the told me that the geek squad guys will give me one. Well apperently the ran out of the black ones but they had the silver one. So i took the offer. When i got it, i was suprised on what i got. It was the psp slim and it was silver but the skin was plastic. It looks like they made the psp -.-

I am 15 and i can fix a computer every weak
1 dose it have a beep code when you remove the ram
2 if yes then the mobo is working
3 if it cant find the hard drive then look if it IS CONNECTED
Geek Squad is a rip off i can do this in 20 min for free and if its broken you can do it your self for about $70
