@Aceman307 Ok. Thanks. My problem is we are trying to use the same rotor for three different stators. The 3 stators have different number of turns. That's my son's project. We were going to interchange the stators and test each one for the output. If we have to glue the magnets to the rotor we won't be able to adjust the spacing with each stator since more windings will space them farther apart. Something else to figure out! Thanks!

dude one of my friend made this and he generated around 28 volts but only one thing is change between these two . he used some metal blocks between the coils . i asked him he answered that it will make current flow . i didnt understood that but it was working really good.

@BroadwyBound1 It is a good idea to superglue or use epoxy to secure the magnets.
