Myself flagging during an SCCA weekend at Palm Beach International Raceway, formally known as Moroso Motorsports Park, in Jupiter, FL, on Sat 04 Apr 2009. I wasn't flagging good that day--the wind was coming from a weird direction causing me to turn my wrist a conflicting way.

  • Thumbs up. What does that mean?

  • Thumbs up means just like anything else--nice job. The driver was waving at me so I acknowledged him.

  • Tailwind! did good with it though. Made it work. Rodney was battling that during qualifying at TMS.

  • It was a tail/crosswind. For example, if I was facing the 12 o'clock position, then the wind was coming from an 8 o'clock position.

  • Learn to improvise on those windy days.

  • I had to.
