Things seem to work like a fine time piece. Everyone has their duty and yet they work together. It looks like a very impressive operation.
I also get the impression that they don't use machines/robots unless it does a better job than humans (Like laser cutting the cones, etc.) not because they're faster or cheaper in the long run. It's all about quality, not quantity.
