Wow, I thought this would be offensive at first (yes, and I still clicked) but it is just as hauntingly beautiful in chipmunk. It's amazing how much emotion still shows through. It almost makes me cry... picturing a pleading little chipmunk singing this. :(

This Song, I would like to dedicate to Maxime (Max). You were strong through these hard times...and you will be missed..

Well, even a Chipmunk version gave an emotion for this song..I can feel it....But this song is amazing and truly dedicated for DC's brother.....But I can still feel the respect..Good work...

-_- I know what the song is about and what it means. I'm as big of a fan as anyone here commenting.
I didn't make it as a joke and to make fun of the song, I made it because some people enjoy hearing different versions of songs, and may not have the proper tools to do so.
Basically: if you don't like it, don't watch. You're blocked.

Ur right..it isnt that bad...but theres sum songs that u dont mess with like that...Them doing this with Permanent is disrespectful! Permanent is an amazing song that shouldnt have been chipmuncked!

@frankzy89version2 Lol I know, I made this sooo long ago on Audacity. I think Youtube had a part with making it sound worse too.

I know u didn't try to make fun of it but, idk it doesn't sound like you were taking too serious the fact that this song is from him to his dead brother. i dont think people should even try to sing it so much for the song is private and his own and not like a cheesy pop love song it's a really deep song. i think it's just not real when u change it, sorry.

If he wanted this song to be some precious thing that was never to be touched, he wouldn't have released it on his CD.
But he put it out there to the world, knowing that people would sing it, put it in videos, it would be on tv, etc.
Which they are doing: aka this video. P:
