For preschoolers try painting with Q-Tips. Works on small motor skills and it is fun!

I do volunteer work at my local daycare and I mostly help with the babies. I saw this video and showed some of the young kids and toddlers. It's better than paintbrushes because they can press really hard and ruin them! I do this with my little cousin now :3
