instead of celery , try corn and instead of bread mix it in with some pasta shells !

I got done preparing this about 30 mins ago. I added some carrots and spinach to the original recipe. It tasted divine, and was quite filling i'll tell ya... :)

mmmm Tuna mornay....I make a bechamel sauce first, then I add onion and capsicum until soft. Then corn and tuna...yum! Thanks for sharing, one of those recipes that everyone does differently!

Looks good. Do you think this would work with turkey or chicken instead of the tuna?

@jfsoller Absolutely - brown some diced chicken or turkey breast in a fry pan until cooked, then add it into the mornay sauce as I did with the tuna ;)
