eventually you will build tone in your legs and it will be musle that holds you up not your mind on the pain, or a combination of your arms and legs, depending on the move.

How long did it take you before you could sit and bare the pain? I'm trying to sit at the moment but when i let go it just hurts so much i feel like i'll never get past it. Need soon motivation that it will get better?
