  • That's not the best say to climb. You need to used your legs and grip the

  • In this video she says to "pull yourself up" when climbing and

  • this tutorial is not helpful at all due to the way the videographer is capturing the movement. i would like to see a wideshot of her climbing with an emphasis on her legs working ty very much.

  • Just try it every day and in a few weeks (max) it won't hurt at all. I see you posted a year ago, but I'm answering for future reference since I'm sure you've got it by now :)

  • The skin on your thighs definitely needs time to get used to this - and that climbing is tricky but I'm getting there - thanks for the breakdown x

  • eventually you will build tone in your legs and it will be musle that holds you up not your mind on the pain, or a combination of your arms and legs, depending on the move.

  • How long did it take you before you could sit and bare the pain? I'm trying to sit at the moment but when i let go it just hurts so much i feel like i'll never get past it. Need soon motivation that it will get better?
