Help me with the config, please. I compiled it, but when I ccsm-ed it, nothing worked. How did you create an icon? How do you make it work with Beryl? It worked on Fedora 7 better, but I love openSuSE more (I traded openSuSE for compiz fusion).

Do you know a website where I can go to?

Don't compile, just use the packages as mentioned in the description. What do you mean "make it work with beryl"? Compiz Fusion is the evolution of Compiz and Beryl.

what are your hw specs? I have opensuse too, i'd like to add the repo for compizfusion

Intel 1.83GHz dual core. 1 Gig of ram. GeForce Go 7400. Compiz can run very well on lower specifications though, of course. Instructions for setting up compiz are in the description.

I installed Ubuntu once and I also used the Live CD version, but I don't like it. Although my Fedora 7 was with Gnome, I like Fedora more than Ubuntu. It's just so mainstream.
