he Crossroads Venture Group, which also held its Annual Meeting as part of the CTC event, honored one of its founding members, Len Vignola, who has been a key contributor to the organization's growth and influence. Vignola also established the Connecticut chapter of the Turnaround Management Organization as well as his own company, Beacon Partners, to provide hands-on assistance to under-performing companies.
