One Book, One Vancouver: Boxing at the Square

On June 19, 2008 a boxing demonstration - the first boxing event ever held at a library - took place at Library Square to promote the Vancouver Public Library's "One Book, One Vancouver" selection "The Five Books of Moses Lapinksy" - the novel by Karen X. Tulchinsky in which boxing figures prominently.

Now in it's seventh year, "One Book, One Vancouver" is an award-winning book club for the entire city.
