Tuna Nicoise Salad in one minute. An easy salad that is healthy and quick to make.
Ingredients:
200g Beans
300g New Potatoes
3 Boiled Eggs (medium)
12 Santini Tomatoes (halved) (small vine tomatoes work just as well)
2 Tuna Steaks
Pack of Mixed leaf salad
1 Tablespoon whole grain mustard and 3 tablespoons olive oil (for the dressing)
1 Tablespoon butter to fry the potatoes and beans once cooked.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 2
