Speculation is mounting that The Chaser's controversial skit mocking dying kids was ripped off from another Australian sketch comedy show. of make a wish parody

The Mansion, which airs on the Comedy Channel, ran a skit about the fictitious Reasonable Request Foundation last year.

The idea was remarkably similar to The Chaser's Make a Realistic Wish Foundation, prompting claims last night's "offensive" skit was pinched.

Media blog Mumbrella said comedian Dan Ilic was first to point out the close similarities between the two skits.

I found this one funnier than the Chaser one. What made it better, in my opinion, was the acting ability of the cast. The Chaser guy just didn't come across as believable. If you're going to do something tasteless, make sure you do it well.

BLOODY HELL, I WAS SO MAD WITH THE MEDIA WHEN I SAW ON SUNRISE THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW THE CHASERS' SKETCH "MAY HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF." those IDIOTS, first of all you condemn them for making something in "poor taste", launching a verbal assault on them, telling them they should be ashamed, and then saying they ripped it off?! if you were actually offended by their sketch, YOU WOULDNT BLOODY CARE IF THEY RIPPED IT OFF OR NOT.
