This caused me to move back to Hampton in 1997, I grew up In Richmond before moving to Maryland when I was ten and I then went to college from 1988-1993 in Hampton. I love this song, you got to experience that drive down 64 or better yet 301 to rte 17. I think they're a great band to.

How many harmonica players are in this video, and, as to the song, how many harmonica tracks are there (counting overdubs)?

@ecugirll I agree! I get homesick every year about this time and had never actually seen this video. I was wanting to see shots of VA, even some signs along 64 but nada. Still a great song, I just know know to turn it on, crank it up and let my mind supply the video.

@yaysr I grew up in Hampton and I agree, after a while we stopped using 64 most of the time.

Everytime I drive from my parents house in Northern Va to NN I play this song and it gets me pumped so much. Thanks for the song guys. Absolutely love relating to it!

I just wanted to let you guys know how terrific you were at the University of Akron performance last week. You guys sounded terrific, and you just played a fabulous set. I will definitely be buying the albums. Keep up the terrific work!

The record label at the time was EMI and they had us shoot this North East of LA. The tree shots were in some canyon out side of Hollywood. But Virginia was definitely on our minds!

As a native of Newport News, I LOVE this song! I crank it up, every time I cross the boarder, into Virginia. Thank you for including us in your world.

We love Virginia. We played a club as a cover band called Slamm in Newport News at a place called Steamers. It was owned by Mark and Steve Breen. It was on Jefferson Ave. I miss that place.
