one of the very few exercises that are worth a fuck from this clown.This isnt a new exercise by the way,its just a neutral grip pullup,its the elbow flexors strongest position.

To better answer your question, its different hand positioning which hits different parts of the back, its more difficult too and hits your core too when you switch. Try it out you'll see :)
