  • @cilothechilos No, you need gym or get access to merely a squat rack and a barbell. That's conscentrically what you'll need. Throw some g;lute/ ham work:

  • @killacrossover512 This stuff makes jump higher not nba. Many people jumps high, they didn't make it. They tried so so so so hard. It's luck!
