In very dark ages cities were sieged in order to make them capitulate. Nowadays we prefer to bomb them, so we don't have to see the result. Both methods are inhumane, so punishing civilians to 'soften up' military and/or political leaders was declared 'criminal'.
If Israel wants the missile bombardments to stop (they're trying that since the first qassam was fired in 2001), it has to negotiate with the Palestinians, no matter which party is in the driver's seat.

It shows that you really want everything. Also, why should Israel believe that you will be peaceful if you gt what you ask. On the contrary, to what you claim, this wall should remain. It is how we strive for peace in this world.

The most constructive thing for people who are concerned about this issue is to write to their MP's local politicians etc, to complain about the blockade. Hears another idea, why not boycot Isreali goods but more importantly companies which actively sponsor and invest in Isreal. In the long term I am sure this would be quite effective. There are several websites confirming the many large corporations involved
