My lama, the compassionate one 我的上師，大悲的聖者
Has gone into exile from Tibet 已經離開圖博、流亡他鄉
It pains my mind no end 我的心裡苦痛無止盡

Courageous patriotic martyrs 勇敢的愛國烈士
Have sacrificed their lives for Tibet 為圖博犧牲了他們的性命
It pains my heart thinking of them 我的心思念他們而痛苦

Tibetans are denied freedom 圖博人沒有自由
And beaten up for no reason 圖博人被打沒有理由
It pains me thinking of this 想到這我就難過
